Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Alternatively, if the item is of smaller dimensions, please ensure that the entire box or carton is visible in the images.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
As part of our shipping protocol, we notify our affiliated carriers to engage in the practice of initiating a telephone correspondence with you, approximately 1 to 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery.
This proactive measure aims to ascertain your availability on-site for the purpose of receiving the consignment, particularly in the context of palletized shipments.
Please note that small parcels are subject to a signature requirement upon delivery. In cases where the recipient is unavailable any undelivered items will be subsequently directed to the nearest local depot for collection.

All kohler motors are backed by a 3 year global warranty. Engine repairs, service and part replacements are carried out by your local Kohler™ Dealer. What does your warranty cover?
In short warranty covers manafacturing defect parts only warranty this excludes normal wear and tear, commercial or rental use, modification and damage that occurs through negligence, misuse, or failure to operate and maintain equipment as instructed in the operating and maintenance instructions or the use of the product on material’s uses and in ways not designed for its intended use.
