The 6’5″ Track Extension is the perfect addition to your HM126 portable sawmill, allowing you to extend your cutting capability by an additional 6’5″ (1.95m). Easily bolted to your existing track, this extension increases the maximum log length that can be milled. For example, with one track extension added, the HM126 sawmill can mill logs up to 16’11” (5.1m) in length. Multiple extensions can be added if needed, allowing you to mill logs even longer than 16’11” (5.1m) for increased versatility and productivity.

Constructed from 1/4″ (6mm) thick 2.5″ x 4″ (63mm x 101mm) “L” channel, the track extension is designed for durability and strength. The heavy-duty 3″ x 6″ (76mm x 152mm) rectangle channels used for cross-support ensure that the weight of the log is evenly distributed over a large bearing surface, preventing indentations on the log during milling. This design also adds extra rigidity to the track system, ensuring that the sawmill remains stable and precise during operation.

For added security and ease of use, the track extension also includes an adjustable log clamp to securely hold the log in place while milling, ensuring smooth and accurate cuts every time.
