HM130MAX PORTABLE SAWMILL
Enhance your woodworking capabilities with the HM130MAX portable sawmill. Designed for sawyers creating wide live edge slabs or large lumber in Australian hardwood forests, this timber mill boasts a 30″ (76cm) log capacity and a 14HP Kohler engine. It provides impressive cutting power and comes with automatic blade lubrication and the RapidChange™ blade system.
Its robust build ensures reliability and durability during extensive use.
WIDE PRECISION CUTTING
The throat is widened for 30″ logs, allowing seamless slicing without squaring the cant. Logs up to 10′ 5″ (3.1m) can be cut; optional track extensions allow unlimited lengths. Cut accuracy allows veneers as thin as 1/16″ (2mm) and cuts within 1″ (25mm) of the deck.
EFFICIENT POWER FOR BIGGER LOGS
Powered by a 14HP 4-cycle Kohler engine (manual/electric start), with Quad-Clean 4-stage air filtration. Optional 3-phase electric motor. Easy gas-and-go operation with centrifugal clutch.
RIGID TRACK SYSTEM
Sawmill head glides on a rigid L-channel, supported by heavy-duty rectangle channels with cross supports to prevent marking. Adjustable quick-lock log clamps and optional extensions for any log length.
AUTO LOCKING SAWHEAD
16 locking locations, acme lead screw adjustments within 1/64″, optional power drive. Magnetic log scale rulers included.
AUTO LOCKING ADJUSTABLE BLADE GUIDE
Stainless steel v-rollers and machined aluminium arm reduce blade wander and ensure precise cuts.
GAS & GO OPERATION
Throttle handle engages engine RPM, saw blade, and auto-lube system simultaneously. Adjustable handle position for operator comfort.
RAPIDCHANGE™ BLADE SYSTEM
Tool-less blade changes, Belleville washers maintain consistent blade tension and reduce stress on blades.
THIN KERF BLADES
Standard 1.25″ x 158″ x .042″ Woodmaster hardened tipped blades, kerf just .080″ (2mm) for maximum lumber yield.
GO MOBILE
Woodlander trailers with robust chassis, torsion axle, LED lights, leveling jacks, optional log ramp, and head locking kit. Trailer sold as off-road in AU/NZ; registration responsibility of buyer.
